Empire: Total War Review
Empire: Total War gets it right! This review would be 3 pages long if I listed the additions for this series. This game took an old game I loved with muskets and melee and has woven them together into a wonderful strategy game. This game is way complicated and if you don't follow the American Revolution campaign before taking on the Grand Campaign, it will be a steep learning curve. You are able to fight with ships on the open seas, have small skirmishes on the plains, or hide in buildings and have a street to street musket war. While in my opinion Shogun: Fall of the Samurai is better completely, the seige battles or fort battles in Empire are some of the best in any war game. I recommend you pay the $20 and get this for your PC. I currently have over 190 hours in this game and got my moneys worth. 4 Nickels. - RB
